Founded by Mircea Bratuc, a site manager with 25+ years of hands-on electrical and construction experience — from pulling cables to running entire sites. This isn't management from behind a desk. It's management by someone who's done every job on site.

Construction Site Management Full ownership of daily site operations — logistics, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, progress reporting, and documentation. From ground-breaking to handover. Electrical Supervision (LV/MV) Hands-on expertise in low and medium voltage installations. Cabinet connections, generator integration, electrical tracing, and quality inspections. Commissioning Management Systematic commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems. Genset assembly, system readiness, testing protocols, and snagging. HSE & Safety Advisory Risk assessments, safety enforcement, and full compliance management. VCA VOL certified. Zero-compromise safety culture on every project. Instrumentation & Controls Sensor installation, detectors, valves, manifolds, tubing — experience in both data centre and pharma clean-room environments. Remote Consulting Plan reviews, safety documentation audits, commissioning schedule assessments, and project health checks — without full-time on-site presence.
